Our line of grain free pretzels are free from top 8 allergens (dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten, fish, shell fish, and eggs), gluten free certified, and grain free.

Ingredients:

All of the ingredients we source are gluten free and approved by Gluten Intolerance Group, GFCO. We take it a step further to ensure our products our grain free as well. Our grain free ingredients go beyond the ingredient label on packaging. We only source ingredients that can be produced without grain, especially knowing grains and corn are used in most ingredient processing. (dried seasonings, natural flavors, citric acid, nutritional yeast etc.)

Manufacturing Facilitates:

The line we produce the pretzels on is an allergy free line, it does not share production with any of the top 8 allergens. The only allergen present in the facility is gluten. We control the risk of cross contamination through routine testing of the line and finished product, routine cleaning, and allergen control GMPs, all of which are regulated by the Gluten Intolerance Group, GFCO.

Our flavored pretzels are seasoned at another manufacturer. (This manufacturer is listed on Snack Safely's product list.) Our seasoned pretzels share a production line with gluten and dairy containing products. We control the risk of cross contamination through routine testing of the line and finished product, routine cleaning, and allergen control GMPs, all of which are regulated by the Gluten Intolerance Group, GFCO.
