Josie’s Best Gluten Free Mixes was created in beautiful Central Oregon by a mom, wife, and longtime gluten free warrior determined to make a pancake better than the rest! All of our products are batch tested for gluten and are made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen that is also free from milk, egg, tree nut, peanut, fish, shellfish, and soy. The ingredients in our mixes have been carefully and thoughtfully researched and are free from Nut flour, Soy flour, Bean flour, and contain only small amounts of corn from the baking powder and powdered sugar. Dairy free milk and Vegan egg options work beautifully with our baking mixes.
