This is a very mild dark chocolate - a sweet and classic taste. The mini-bars are 0.25 oz each, and are rectangular shaped - about 2 bites. There are 15 bars in a resealable stand-up pouch. Each bar is individually wrapped and sealed. This gives portion control, portability and extends full allergen control right up to the point of consumption. They are great for lunch-boxes, afternoon snacks, taking on a journey, or enjoying a square (OK, it's a rectangle) after dinner. We think this is a convenient way of enjoying chocolate in today's world.

As you can expect from Pascha, the bars are made in a facility that never touches dairy, nut, peanut, soy, wheat or gluten (or mustard, sesame or sulfites). These bars are also made on our brand new dedicated equipment that has never made any other chocolate than Pascha. We also are vigilant about not just our factory but also the suppliers that we use to provide ingredients - making sure there has been no allergen exposure in their factories.

These bars are now our most certified bars, and we are proud to have them certified: USDA Organic, Fair-Trade, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher, 1% for the Planet and Paleo. We don't think chocolate can get much purer or more natural than this.
