Mountain Fresh was created by a teacher who saw the need for a treat that everyone could eat. We left out the top 14 allergens, took out the not-so-good-for-you ingredients, do not use plastic packaging and the result is addictively delicious. Churned like ice cream and sorbet but without refined sugar, Mountain Fresh has a creamy mouthfeel in delectable flavors like Huckleberry, Pink Lemonade and Mojito. Mountain Fresh stared as a summer gig for a couple of teachers at Farmers' Markets in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. Derek and Katie Ivester (along with daughter Ashlin) would scoop their family's refreshing dessert all over the state and they quickly earned a following because of the dearth of other healthy treat options available. In 2020, Derek quit his teaching job to helm Mountain Fresh full time and you can now find this top 14 allergen free dessert in about 300 locations in 10 states.

Mountain Fresh does not use any of the top 14 allergens. We own our own manufacturing equipment and do not share equipment with anyone or co-pack for any other products. All of our lines are dedicated to producing our products which do not contain the top 14 allergens. We have Certificates of Compliance from the manufactures of the ingredients we use to help ensure these allergens are not present.

We will offer a refund if a customer is not happy with the product.
